Just woke up, 12:40pm, starving, if I ate red meat I’d eat a cow right now, but instead, I’m gonna stick with my shake of the week and getting a light but delicious sandwich a la mode with whole grain sliced bread, light swiss cheese, only 50 calories a slice and a lot of smoked turkey breast. I gotta go to the gym and then to my Yoga Class so I decided to make a big bite.
