As a hunger advocate, I know that early childhood hunger is a growing concern across America.
Now, a new study sponsored by the ConAgra Foods Foundation in cooperation with Feeding America shows that 3.5 million children under the age of five are food insecure.
“The startling fact that so many very young children in this country do not have adequate nutrition necessary to grow and develop into healthy adults is heartbreaking. It is all the more tragic when one considers that it is also entirely preventable,” says Vicki Escarra, president and CEO of Feeding America.

The extinction of a large native vegetation area and destruction of important rivers are on the top of many other threatening situations.
The worst part is knowing that behind of that all is, of course, the human behavior.
We are altering important cycles of the planet and that happens in Brazil due to economic activities like in many developing country. the effects of some of those problems like fauna and flora destruction will only come up in a distant future.
Also, there are the consequences that might’ve been outbraking at any time, a pipeline or a nuclear plant licking, leaving a critical situation in the region.
The indication of ecological vulnerability is too serious. Several non government organizations (ONGs) are impelled to develop projects to feint the problems and try alerting the governants while there’s still time.

As a girl I know most of us love make up and today, natural makeup is coming in hand for everyone because natural doesn’t compromise our beauty, our health, the quality of products or our conscience. So I decided to share a few tips I use in my daily life. I get my glow on with base cosmetics containing vitamins and antioxidants to fight free radicals and protect the skin.
Eye
I like makeup in my eyes making me sparkling, confident, compassionate and seductive so I go for makeup with ingredients I feel confident about. I look for the one that can be easily absorbed through the sensitive skin around my eyes and the mucous membranes there, too.
I apply shades of shadow in the crease of the eye lid, and lighter shades spread evenly around the whole lid. For a dramatic look, I use wet eyeliner and smudge to blend.
Powder
I use natural make up powder. they create and even toned skin without using talc, which maybe harmful when inhaled.
After mousturizing, I pat my face dry and gently dab each blemish or dark area with concealer. I apply a powder which matches my skin tone, you can find out wht color matches your skin tone just testing before on you inner side of your wrist.
I take my time to learn new techniques for the best look and make a mix and match experience putting eye shadows on cheeks, blush on lips and so on. Most of times you can get a really hot result!
Lips
I choose natural lip care and color with nutritive ingredients that hydrate and soothes my lips…without anything I wouldnt want to swallow cos lipstics have the juiciest names but doesn’t mean at all that all the lipstic I swallow has the benefits of a smoothie.
Cheeks
To brush, blot and dab with expertise I use high quality tools, doesnt mean expensive. It means I choose brushes, sponges and facial pads that matches the quality of my natural makeup, such as natural bristle brushes and organic cotton balls. I also take good care of them, I wash them gently with bristles facing down to keep water out of the barrel. I use a mild shampoo, rinse throroughly, reshape, and lay to dry on a incline.

Child abuse has been kept under cover for years in a row.
In the Island of the well versed and saints and a country dominated by the catholic church peope were concerned about touching the wounds of phisical, emotional and sexual violence children were imposed under the care of the religious order supposed to guarding them.
Books were published about the atrocity and cruelty but disregarded under the thought they were simply fantasies.
As people were writing about the terrifying reality of their own experiences more and more the fear was dicipating and the world outside even more came to believe what couldnt be a fantasy.
Now those victims receive a poor apology from the church and government as if apologies were fair enough to heal those wounds that stayed there deeply into their souls, their mind and their hearts.
Those who hurt will never understand, at least in this life, that the bruises fade but the pain lasts forever.
